Treadmill factory OUTDO : A simple introduction of treadmill's Work flow

STEP 1: Steel frame

In metal workshop, first, cut the steel pipe based on the standard, including base frame, main frame, incline frame,hand frame and console frame; second, punch and weld; Then, the surface treatment: polished finish.

STEP 2: Spray paint

When the whole frame is finished, a metal coating bonded onto the steel frame under high pressure and temperature. After this step, the frame will be covered with luster.

STEP 3:Plastic parts

In plastic workshop, the plastic mechanicals are made by the injection molding machine. Then, there are different and exect parts are matched with the steel frame.

STEP 4:Assemble

The different steel frames are assembled together. After that, the belt and board are located on the exact position. Then, the different parts of console, such as amplifier and integrate circuit, etc.will be assemblede together; and then the console will be located on the treadmill.
